1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlaylistBuddy.xyz ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted
  • You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process
  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Service Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature

  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service

5. YouTube Account Management

When you connect YouTube accounts to our Service:

  • You grant us permission to manage playlists on your behalf
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization for all accounts you connect
  • You must comply with YouTube's API Services Terms of Service
  • We are not responsible for any violations of YouTube's terms that result from your use of the Service

6. Payment and Billing

For paid plans:

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your account
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service or unused credits
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

7. Credit System

Our Service uses a credit system for playlist creation:

  • Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan
  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
  • Credits are deducted when tasks are initiated
  • Failed tasks may result in credit refunds at our discretion

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlaylistBuddy.xyz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • At your request
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlaylistBuddy.xyz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
